How to delete your Storello account
App: Storello (Android, iOS, web app and desktop). Developer: Individual Entrepreneur Zakharov Nikita Yurievich (see the Privacy Policy).
You can delete your account and all your data yourself, at any time. Deletion is permanent: your books and texts cannot be restored afterwards.
If you can sign in
- Open Storello (app or browser).
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Type the word shown (and your password, if you have one) and confirm.
- Everything is deleted immediately and we send a confirmation email.
Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. If you subscribed through the App Store, Google Play, RuStore or Microsoft Store, cancel it first in the store’s settings; otherwise the store will keep charging you. If you subscribed on our website through Paddle, cancel it first via “Manage subscription” in your account or the link in your Paddle receipt.
If you cannot sign in
Write to support@storello.ru from the email address of your account and ask for deletion. We reply and delete the account within 30 days, usually sooner.
Deleted immediately
- Your account, name, email, password and settings.
- All books, chapters, notes, character and location cards, diagrams and canvases.
- Texts and version history, uploaded images and covers.
- Assistant conversations, comments, shared links, device list and sign-ins.
- Your specialist listing, if any.
Kept for a limited time
- Encrypted backups for up to 90 days, then erased automatically (a restored backup is cleaned of deleted accounts).
- Sign-in and security logs for 90 days.
- Payment records and receipts for up to 5 years as required by tax law; they contain no texts.
