Verification Code Email Not Arriving
Verification emails are usually delivered within seconds, but occasionally get delayed by mail servers. Check these steps in order:

Wait two minutes for server processing.

Check your Spam and Promotions tabs.

Verify there are no typos in your email address.

Request a new code from the app.
- 5
If using a rare custom domain, ensure your MX records are configured properly.
Corporate and Custom Email Domains
Corporate and university email firewalls occasionally drop automated emails silently without moving them to Spam. If this happens, we recommend signing up with a standard personal provider (such as Gmail, iCloud, or Outlook).

While Waiting for the Code
Avoid clicking "Resend Code" repeatedly in quick succession. Each new request invalidates the previous code. A single resend is usually all that is needed.
Verification codes expire after 15 minutes. If an email arrives much later, request a fresh code.
