Credits are deducted only when you submit a prompt to the assistant. Inline writing suggestions and UI tools cost nothing.
Subscription credits are throttled at one-third of the monthly quota per 24 hours — counter resets at midnight. Purchased credit packs have no daily limit.
Top-up packs are purchased separately and never expire: your balance rolls over month-to-month and survives plan changes.
Credits are most economical when included in monthly plans, but top-up packs are always available when you need extra assistance.
Your three most recent books remain permanently active on the free plan forever. Any extra books are kept read-only for seven days, hidden after thirty days, and only deleted after four months. During that entire time, you can re-activate your plan or export your manuscripts in one click.
Directly in your profile settings under Subscription. Cancellation turns off auto-renewal immediately — your paid access remains fully active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes, for paid unused subscription time — prorated to the remaining duration if you have not consumed that cycle’s AI credits. Standalone top-up packs can also be refunded upon request within 10 business days.
Monthly subscription credits do not roll over — each cycle grants a fresh quota. Standalone top-up packs, however, roll over indefinitely and never expire, even if you switch to the free plan.
